No PalmConn on HP-Omnibook

PalmConnect is not supported on the Hewlett-Packard Omnibook subnotebook computers. There are two problems associated with running PalmConnect on the OmniBook:

1. PalmConnect does not come with the mouse driver that supports the special Omnibook mouse.

2. PalmConnect's performance on the Omnibook is poor because the Omnibook runs DOS applications only from Windows Standard mode. In Windows Standard mode, the Omnibook provides less that 430K of conventional memory to PalmConnect and no expanded or extended memory. This memory configuration is below the minimum required by PalmConnect.
