The dictionary that was on the Tandy "Zoomer" Z-PDA had a translation table
for 21 different languages. However, that was all within an application
(either Geoworks or Palm wrote it), so there's no API available.

By the way, I hear someone is working on a translation dictionary for the
Nokia 9000 Communicator, but I don't know who it is or how far along the
project is at this point.
