This collection of keynotes is designed to give individuals and companies
creating PDA products an in-depth understanding of this growing segment of
the computer industry, plus insight into where industry leaders expect this
market and its unique technologies to go.
Registration for PDA Developers North is $450 until September 9, when it
increases to $500. Registration includes breakfast and lunch all three
days, plus complementary registration for the PDA Solutions Conference, a
one-day end-user event on Saturday, September 14. The PDA Solutions
Conference keynote presenter is Jeff Hawkins, creator of the Graffiti
handwriting recognition system and the US Robotics Pilot.
PDA Developers North is a three-day technical conference for programmers
creating products for hand-held computers. It includes half-day programming
tutorials on Psion, Newton, Pilot, GEOS, Magic Cap, PenRight!, and
FormLogic development. In addition, there are a variety of platform-centric
panels, and threads on wireless development, development tools, advanced
topics, and war stories from the trenches presented by Real PDA
Programmers. Exhibits will be open all day September 13 and 14.
PDA Developers North and the PDA Solutions Conference are both being held
at the Inland Meeting and Exposition Center in Westmont, IL. Inland is
