Apps don't need to use FoamSubApplicationClass to show up in Extras
or System; they do need it to be able to return to (relaunch) Extras
or System.
I've just comiled SDK_C\Hello and downloaded it to the N9000C target,
runs OK, shows up in Extras (thanks to the PCS.PAT file).
To install the app to the phone, he not only needs NServer.exe,
but he needs to create a *.INS file for the installer. (This is
documented in the SDK. See SMS.PDF.)
Call it anything.ins, simplest place to put it is in the app's source
code directory.
