If it has the OmniGo sticker on it, I'm suspicious. The 2.0 SDK has target
software for the PT-9000, the Zoomer, and the desktop. The OmniGo SDK has
only the OmniGo emulation, plus a runtime of the desktop (NC version) to
enable the help editor, icon editor, and resedit tool.

That's normal (a slip in production).

If the target machine has a CD drive, I recommend just copying the target
software directly from the CD to the machine's hard drive, instead of using
the installation routine. It's faster than sending the data over the serial
cable.
