Nokia 9000

Is anyone successfully developing applications for the Nokia 9000
using version 2.1 of the GEOS SDK? I have been told that the SDK
is suitable for developing simple apps, which don't use N9000 specific
features, but I haven't managed to work out how to download/install
an app onto the N9000. I have tried using the NSERVER software
(which came with the N9000) to transfer a geode via the N9000
Install/Remove Software application but it returns a message that it
can't find any installable applications. The application I am trying to
install was written using the SDK (it's one of the sample apps) and
there is a .geo file in the directory that I am specifying to the N9000.

Is the N9000 looking for an installation file of some sort?

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Any help would be much appreciated.
