Usage of mouse at the SDK target system

With my newly installed SDK I'm able to produce an OMNIGO application and
run it on the target PC, but I'm not able to use the mouse with the
simulated HP Omnigo.

Does anybody have a suggestion on the possible cause ?
(With my Windows on the target system the mouse is useable)
