The comp.os.geos.misc and comp.os.geos.programmer newsgroups will be general
Internet newsgroups. If they were going to be just for some specific
provider, they'd have already been created by now (probably takes all of one
day to do that).
If you would like to see the comp.os.geos.programmer newsgroup made a
reality, please post your opinion on the "news.groups" newsgroup. That's
where the discussion for the comp.os.geos reorganization is taking place.
