more cards stuff

I got the cards .def and .uih files from Edward Di Geronimo (thanks!)
and they are fine and dandy if I were using ESP. I would really like to
use GOC for this project, though, since that's what I know right now.
If someone could tell me how to use the .def and .uih files in a GOC
application, or if someone from Geoworks wrote a simple sample application,
that'd be all I need to get started. I already understand the concepts
and messages for the Game, Deck, Card, and Hand objects, I just need to
be able to use them in GOC.
