death due to CORRUPTED_INI_FILE

Hello world,

I haven't received any messages via this mailing list in several days,
so I better check it's still there - and me on the list.

I try to write something into geos.ini file and system crashes with the
CORRUPTED_INI_FILE error id. It used to work ok, all I changed was write
more into more INI keys (under same category).

The crash happens at the next line after InitFileCommit().. Yes, I know
now that it should be called only by kernel. But as I said it _used_ to
work just fine! When I remove that call, there is no crash.. but is the
INI file corrupted or not? Would it crash sometime later?

..for example when I get Internal error in geos. 557, would it be caused
by such a delayed INI file corruption or by something else I did..
