First at all, I did not yet succeed in invoking my device driver.
I made some progress on using the "driver" parameter in the .gp file. I
found out that when I copy the smcard.ldf file to the omnigo\include\ldf\
directory, the sdk has no longer a problem in finding the driver.
Unfortunately this is only small progress, because now at run-time, when I
try to invoke my application, I get
"couldn't launch the app."
My theory is that the loader has the same problem as when I explicitly try
to load the driver by use of GeodeUseDriver().
Here I still get the return code
GLE_LIBRARY_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
Now I'm struggling with GEOS concept of protocols and version (see also
my separate note on this)
