I don't know if you are a DOS/Win user but interlnk & intersvr come
with DOS 5 and up. I think the ability to mount the OG hard drives
onto a PC using them is quite nice.
The advantages would be to have the OG drives appear as
additional hard disks on your DOS/Win machine. You will be able to
edit files on the OG without having first to copy them to the PC
first. You would also be able to use, for e.g. Filemanager in Win,
to select all the files/directories you want to backup from the
OG and just drag them to to the appropriate PC directory, move
stuff around within the OG itself etc.
Disadvantage is if you don't have interlnk allows loaded in your
config.sys, you will have to reboot your PC to load it in order
to connect to the OG.
Hope this helps!
