Omnigo & PCMCIA Cards

Hello All,

Great forum,
I am a newby as far as the Omnigo 100 goes, but have hit a couple of
irratating snags, that are a real pain.
Sorry if you have had these discussions in the past but any info would
be appreciated.

1) - Is it normal for the omnigo to lock up if the read/write tab on a
pcmcia sram card is enabled and the unit is powered off ?
The only way to get the unit back is to switch the card to read
only and then press the reset button at the back :-(
Sounds a bit naff to me ! any suggestions/comments

2) - Why oh Why isn't there an external power supply unit for the
Omnigo, Iam starting to go through batteries as if they are
going out of fashion. Are there any plans for one, or ones
in existance that I don't know about.

3) - I agree with earlier comments re: intersvr and interlnk, I have
not been able to get these to work under win95,as they are not
part of the new dos that is installed with win95.
The only way is to either exit to dos mode or boot into an old
version of dos :-(

4) - Other than that I am highly impressed with it,as well as starting
to realise just how reliant Iam becomming on it.
