Recurrent serial port problems

I have experienced similar problems using the installer program.But I
believe this is done to setting the baord rate on the omnigo to 19200.
I realise that you could probably hard code the installer to transfer
at 19200, BUT I haven't.As soon as I switch the Omnigo board rate back to
9600 and try again all works fine, a minor hassle as far as Iam
concerned.The board rate works fine at 19200 when you use omnicom,
and set the OCTTY variable to 19200 as well.But not on installer.
