The OmniGo file system...

Am wondering if any of the people on this news group might be
able to explain a little concerning the rather quizical Ogo file
system: I've been experimenting for a couple days now with
Doug Taylor's "MANAGE.IZT" and John Feras' "Omnicom.exe" and my
OG's file structure. I'm curious if there is some rationale for
the "A:", "B:", and "C:" disk drive metaphors. Since Ogo's don't
have "drives", is there some basis other than DOS for these
drive letters?

On my Ogo, a: seems to put me in 'root' or something very close
to it; while b: seems to be where EVERYTHING else is at! And c:
is I have no idea what! I've traveled there a couple times now,
(C: I mean) and I manage to crash (hard) my Ogo every time. This
while using Taylor's "MANAGE.IZT" on the Ogo.

Can anyone shed any light on this area of file management for
OG's? Thanks...
