RAM cards & compatability

Now that I have Clip&Go and the connectivity pack is on the way, it looks
like I'll be filling up my OmniGo pretty fast. I want to buy a RAM card,
but I have seen so many horror stories from people who loose data because
they have incompatable cards. This brings me to my question:

What cards are compatable with the OmniGo? Which places sell those cards
at reasonable prices?
