Second (there's always a second), I noticed that the reply to field is
defaulting to the sender rather than the list. I suppose this has some
advantages in that people won't accidentally send something to the whole
list when they were intending a personal reply, but if anyone were taking
votes I think it would be more convenient to have the reply go to the whole
list....
