I haven't used OGEdit extensively, but I might attribute the flashing to
OGEdit. However, the File menu problem is something that all applications
suffer from. Actually, you should be able to click on it, have nothing
happen, then tap it again and the menu will appear.
Notepad doesn't do the flashing for me when I type past the bottom of the
screen.
I don't know if the GEOS.INI has any affect on these problems, but you can
experiment with ExpertMode, which is free on my web site.
