What you can do is use Shipper to make the .GEO file into a .GPK file. When
you do, be sure to fill in the destination directory path as:
\GEOWORKS\WORLD\FILENAME.GEO

See the Shipper help file for more information. (Shipper should be packaged
with Installer, so if you have one you should have both.)
