Any else seen this?

I have two questions regarding my Omnigo. I have had it since December. The
behavior I see is that over time, the amount of main memory used (what you
see in the Transfer application) gradually increases, until I eventually
have a crash of some sort. Doing a soft reboot is the only way I can ever
get the amount of memory used to decrease. I have tried closing applications
using <Fn> F3, but the memory used doesnt seem to decrease when I do this.

Related to this, I am running with a 2 meg SRAM card that I purchased from
Notebook Supply Warehouse. I love it and it works great with one minor
glitch. If I try to do a soft reboot with the SRAM card installed, the
OmniGo hangs at the HP title screen. The only way to get out of this mode is
then to remove the
batteries and the SRAM card and do a hard reset. If I first remove the SRAM,
the soft reboot works just fine. I originally ran across this problem when I
encountered the first problem I described above.

Has anyone else seen either of these problems? Is there a fix?
