New URL for OgWare (attn: OgEdit and OgComm users)

My web page, and hence, links to OgEdit and OgComm have moved to:

NO NEW CODE has been released. The lastest version of both
programs is V1.01. I have included .gpk files in the
zip archive, for use with the GEOS Installer program.

Also, since customized OmniGo ini files are included within
OgComm.txt, I've removed the link to sedit.zip. (Express Menu, etc...)

Thanks to those who informed me of America Offline's problems.
Sorry to anyone who had difficulty accessing my files.
