I bought mine for $279 at Fry's here in the Bay Area. Turns
out that it is probably a refurbished unit, there is a light
scratch on the front (nothing major), the batteries were dead
and there was a name and ext. number in the front of the manual.
While I wish I had been notified of this when I bought it
I still feel it was a good deal. The unit was clean and seems
to work just fine.

A question: I really want to use the connectivity software
on my PC for my appointments and phonebook. I don't need extensive
features but an alarm that works (on the PC) would be nice. Is
there any way I can link the OmniGo to a different appointment
book? I guess I need to read some more in the various webpages :-)
