I don't use Compuserve, but I didn't think they had an account
you could access with a text only terminal? Most people call this
a 'shell' acount, named after the UNIX program that acts as the
text only user interface. If this is unfamiliar to you, your
first step is probably to ask Compuserve if they support dial-up
access from a terminal emulator.
