My "Stick" function doesn't work

When I use the "Stick" function on the Jotter to, it does iconize my Jotter
Note on the top of the screen but then I can't drag and drop it into any
application. I "Soft Reseted" my OGO and it doesn't work any better. Any hints?
Have anyone had the same problem?
