Hi Max,

I think the cause of this is the fact that the version of GEOS on the OG
uses a different mechanism for installing ICONs than the desktop version,
so that if you run some generic GEOS desktop apps on the OG, they might
use the generic mechanism to install their icon , which would not work on
the OG.

An app coded for the OG using the specific OG SDK, however, will install
the icon properly.
