Clip & Go

I don't ever remeber seeing it confirmed, so let me ask. With Clip &
Go if you transfer a "note" that has both text and graphics, does it
transfer both the text and graphics (at the same time)?

For example, I have a note in the notepad application, say a letter I
wrote, and I sign my name at the bottom. Then I copy the whole note.
Can I paste the note into MS word and will it have a graphic of my
signature at the bottom? Or do I have to copy the text then copy the
graphic separately?

Will the opposite direction also work?
