Is this the BMS File Manager? Well, shouldn't make a big difference whether
it is or not. In any case, try starting all the apps one by one and after
starting each one, press FN+F3 to force the app to exit. This way you'll be
sure no apps are running and slowing down the OGO. If that doesn't do it, try
the SHIFT-ON-NEXT. This won't erase your data on the RAM, but it will force
the system to reboot and all the running apps will be "closed".

If the OGO is slowing down after you run my File Manager, please let me know.
