I have to disagree.
start here (his homepage):
http://tny-www.cs.titech.ac.jp/~ueno/profile-eng.html
click on the 100lx/200lx/omnigo100 link
then click on the OmniGo DOS link.
I found his homepage by going to the Japanese version of the OGDOS page,
then clicking on the OGDOS English link, which took me to an English
OGDOS page (I don't know why it didn't work for you), then clicking
on a link to his homepage (english version).
