I agree with this approach, instead of deluging them with email.

I have access to the Singapore division manager's e-mail address, plus
their worldwide ISV liason (evangelist), plus their US ISV liason. I'll
volunteer to get the letter to the right people (Sorry, I won't publish
their e-mail addresses). They may or may not be willing to give this guy
permission - they have some fairly strong internal constraints about
certain things, and a real legal department - but you never know unless you
ask.
