I've not scratched my screen in the six months that I have used it heavily (I did drop it on concrete once :< ). I suspect that your stylus has been damaged and it may be responsible for the scratches. If so, replacement styli are cheap. On the other hand, repairing the screen may be quite difficult. I have had scratches removed from plastic watch "crystals" at a jewelery store. Maybe the same process could be used on an Ogo.
