Yes, you have come across the awful problem with the dear old Pocket
Quicken bug. I talked to Intuit about it and they said "it's supposed to
do that, but if you don't want that 'feature' just withdraw from one
account and deposit in the other." I do NOT see any purpose for this
method of operation and told them so, and asked who said this is correct
operation? No response as of yet, and I highly doubt they will supply a
bug fix.
