OG connectivity pack

I have the connectivity pack one month now and until today it worked =
very fine. Today, when I wanted to start the appointment book on my PC, =
it gave me an error message saying " internal error during translation =
". So I back up again from my OG and still it gave the same error =
message. So I reinstall the connectivity prack and rebackuped everything =
from my OG and again the same error message occured. The funny thing is =
that my notebook and phonebook on my connectivity pack works just fine =
and it does make a good backup from my OG.I'll give an example, I made a =
backup first from my OG to my PC and then I added an item in the =
appointmentbook on my OG and then I copied the appointmentbook from my =
PC to OG and everything was there, except the last item of course. So =
everything functions properly except I can't access my appointment book =
on my PC.

Does anyone have experienced the same problem or knows a solutions

Is there a HP helpdesk email address for the OG100 ?.
