It's the shareware version of PC-GEOS. You can download it from most DOS ftp
sites. Go to shareware.com and search for "geopublish". It is basically like
having an OG on your desktop (GEOPUBLISH is version 2.0 of geos (without libraries),
while the OG runs v2.1)
