Max,

I recommend that you start by assuming that Geoworks and/or the new
republisher *do* care.

GeoPublish is a copyrighted shareware product with a license that states it
may only be distributed "as is" with all the files included. The purpose of
GeoPublish is to encourage sales of Geoworks Ensemble.

Any other distribution of the files in GeoPublish would require express
permission from either Geoworks' or the new republisher's attorneys. I can't
speak for them, but I will forward your inquiry to them.
