If you belong to the ogo list (not the digest) the correct majordomo
commands for retrieving the index or the FAQ are:

index ogo (to get the archive index)
get ogo ogo.FAQ (to get the FAQ)

If you belong to the ogo-digest list, the commands in the previous message
were correct:

index ogo-digest (to get the archive index)
get ogo-digest ogo.FAQ (to get the FAQ)
