Direct mobile did indeed FedEx and new Ogo and it arrived the day they
promised, even though I hadn't sent the broken one back. Unfortunately,
FedEx came before anyone was at the office, and didn't leave a note, so I
didn't get it.
I had to go out of town, so I took my old one with me. So now I have
both. When I get back, I'll send the old one back and keep the new one.
Direct Mobile has been very helpful about the whole thing, I give them
very high marks.
