This may save you a few wasted IDD calls to the States. I bought my Ogo a few
months ago in Hong Kong which included the free PQ offer. I made two calls to
the States on the so-called 24 hr international number (1-520-295-3220 Ext. 810
329). On the first call I got a recorded message asking me to ring back during
office hours and on the second occasion I got through to an operator who, after
consulting her supervisor, advised they could only send the software to US
residents. I eventually contacted the Hewlett Packard agent in HK who came up
with the goods. If the packaging that came with your Ogo promised free PQ
software, I suggest you press the matter with HP in the UK.
