Maybe it is in GDB format: Generic Database format.

If so, look at: http://www.pci.on.ca/cgi-bin/pcihlp/GDB

Let me know if you find anything out about it. I am interested in the
database stuff too.

You might also want to look at the source code for GDBIO, written for the
PC. It imports and exports data from the database.
