Schedule, TabCalc and Phone apps

Schedule: I would like to build groups of actions and to sort actions by group
and priority. Additionally it would be nice to convert actions into
appointments. Does anybody have an idea of how to do one of these things or of
an application to do that?
TabCalc: Is there a way to import easy spreadsheets from Excel?
Phone: Is it possible to add data fields to phone.pdb?
