OmniGo rebate

Could anyone help me out. I called about the $50 rebate and the HP rep
said, " only certain retail stores are offering it". I purchased mine at
Service Merchandise and they don't have the coupons. I also tried the
Office Max, Staples and the Office Depot(they don't have them either). I
was also told that it applied for Omnigo puchases made between June 1
and September 30, 1996. I bought mine in April, does that mean I'm
screwed? If anyone has access to these and could send me one, I'd be
very grateful. I'd at least like to try to claim the rebate and get
rejected, than to not try at all and lose out on $50.
