I also got 2 weeks on the Lihtum and 4 hours on alcaline.
I bought the Radio Shack High Capacity Ni-Cd's (850 mAh) and I get
almost one week between charges. (heavy usage and I have them 6 months.)
But, even with full charge, you get half full sign on the OG meter.
I just bought BASF NI-HY rechergeable which are 1100mAh. They give you
7/8 with full charge, but It does not seem that they last longer then
the Ni-Cd's. I put them in on Suterday, and I got today to 3/8. I will
check them for few weeks, and I will post the results.
PS. hey cost in Belgium $15 per pair, so in the US it will be $7-9.
