Has anyone had success using Intelilink with Lotus Organizer v2.1??

We are considering the purchase and had heard that it doesn't work
that well with the Network version. Has anyone heard of something
similar?

What does or doesn't transfer, I am interested specifically in the
ToDo list, appts, notepad, and phone numbers.
