I just purchased an HP OmnGo 100 last week, and am interested in
battery experiences.

Have any of you tried the Rayovac Alkaline renewal Batteries?
I just picked up a pack of 4 for $5.49 and the recharger for $13.49
at Service Merchandise. I have had them less than a week, so I
can't tell you how they compare yet. They claim that they can be
recharged 25 times or more. An ad in this weeks Reevco is showing
the charger for $10.99 and the Batteries for $4.99. If you know
someelse who recently bought a setup, the charger comes with coupons
for $3.00 off for a charger, and $.50 off a battery pack.

I also have a membership to Sam's club where they sell 16 packs of
Eveready Alkalines for $7.96. They also sell 40 packs of Toshiba Super
Alkalines for about $9. Anyboby have life comparison numbers for the
Toshiba's?

I plan(hope) to get 1 weeks use, out of a pair of the Rayovac
Renewal batteries and swapping them with the other pair from the
4 pack every week. This should give 1 years use at 25 recharges
per pair. Not bad for $5 worth of batteries. And environmentally
friendly too.
