Germany.
The phone number of the (German) manufacturer is Muller, from Remshalden phone
07151-73095 (In Germany of course).
BTW there are two kinds of batteries, the standard accucel from Muller
(1000mah) and the improved 1400-1600 mah !!! from Purenergy who are proceced
in Canada, I have no data on those cells.
