If you look at the monthly schedule and then power off when you
revisit that month it appears much quicker .

Something to do with the creation of a temp file I think .

Anyway - I never have to wait as long as 50 seconds more like 15-30 .

seconds
Aug 96: (COMING MONTH): 20 appointments, monthly schedule appears in 10

If I change the SYSTEM-date in 1 september 1996 the juli schedule appears in
10 seconds.

Empty or full schedule, the appearance-time of the juli schedule shouldn't be
different.
