Sheet is limited to the choices available in Cell, Number Format...
Select the cells to be affected, then tap More, Cell, Number format,
or press F5 for More, F1 for Cell, then arrow up, press Spacebar, and so
on...

In Notepad, hold SHIFT while arrowing to select text. Press F3 to bring up
the Style menu. Press Tab to navigate among the choices. Arrow or Spacebar
to select or toggle. Tab to the OK button, Spacebar to press it.

Hold SHIFT while arrowing to select the cells.
If the first cell in a row is selected, Fn+Shift+End will select all the
active cells in the row.
