Corrupted files?

Hello everyone... Some of you might remember when I first got my Ogo about
2 weeks ago, within about 24 hours several of my applications suddenly
started working erratically, not allowing me to view notes by category among
other oddities. After a hard reboot followed by a soft reboot I got
messages saying "Unable to find application database. A new one will be
created" the first time I went into each application. Then it was fine.
Now I've gotten around to trying out almost everything, and it all works
well except the solver. Every time I go into the solver it looks normal
until I try to add an equation, at which point I get the above message. I
managed to add one equation and save it by using the edit function as
opposed to the new function, but every time I try to add or edit I get a box
that says "Save Solver Case", and I enter a name
as requested for the particular case and hit save and it says "Unable to
find application database..." So I run through it again and this time I
click on "don't save" and I get the same "Unable to find..." message. I
soft-rebooted, same deal. I can only have one equation at a time now and
have to wade through a lot of beeping and error messages to change it.
Does anyone know what's going on here? <sigh>
