GDBIO will translate back and forth from HP .gdb databases to/from comma
delimited text files. (notes only work .gdb--->text, not the other way)
You'll also need Omnicom to transfer the files to you PC. (GDBIO runs in
DOS, not on the HP)
Omnicom comes with the IZL shareware package, available at many shareware
sites. GDBIO is available at www.mcs.com/~halleen/shareware, as well as
GDBConvert, my Windows95 front end for GDBIO. I'd suggest waiting a day
or two until I get the next version ready (v0.2). Version 0.1 is about
400K because I made a mistake when compiling it. Version 0.2 should be
around 50-100K.
Right now it only converts .gdb files into Windows bases files, not the
other way around. That'll be for version 0.3, maybe.
