Problems w/Grid 2MB SRAM Card

My Grid 2MB SRAM Card appears to be defective. It won't let me save
anything additional on the card when there is still 764K free. The GEOS
install program will keep insisting that the "OmniGo isn't responding" or
to check my connection between the computer and the OmniGo. If I reformat
the card, I can then reinstall everything again until there is 764K free,
then the same things start happening again. Since I ordered the card on
August 3 (less than 2 weeks ago), will Reboot Electronics take it back?
Has anyone had any luck in returning anything to them? I've decided that
the extra storage space isn't worth the hassle, because other people have
reported problems with these cards. Thanks.
