The OmniGo ships in various languages, with appropriate keyboard
drivers built in. As far as I know, it's not possible to change the keyboard
layout through software. However, with the U.S. version, you can get the
extended characters for many different languages via special keypresses. For
example, ALT+FN+u then o gives you the o with dieresis accent (two dots),
and ALT+FN+u then i gives you the i with dieresis accent.
